Compute Credits
Up to EUR 50,000 in sovereign RISC-V compute credits. Use for inference, training, or fine-tuning on Tenstorrent Galaxy servers with no vendor lock-in.

Up to EUR 50,000 in sovereign compute credits for AI startups building on open-weight models. Priority access to Tenstorrent fleet, technical mentorship, go-to-market support, and AGICY marketplace listing.
How AGICY's startup programme compares with US cloud provider startup credit programmes.
| Dimension | AGICY Startup Programme | US Hyperscaler Startup Credits |
|---|---|---|
| Credit Value | Up to EUR 50,000 | Varies (often usage-capped) |
| Data Sovereignty | EU jurisdiction intent · reduced US-parent CLOUD Act reach | US jurisdiction applies |
| Hardware Access | Tenstorrent Galaxy RISC-V fleet | NVIDIA GPUs (CUDA-locked) |
| Vendor Lock-in | None — open ISA, standard APIs | Deep ecosystem lock-in |
| Marketplace Listing | Included — AGICY Model Marketplace | Separate application required |
| Technical Mentorship | AGICY engineering team, hands-on | Self-serve documentation only |
| Go-to-Market Support | Enterprise customer introductions | Generic partner directory |
Most AI startup programmes offer compute credits on US hyperscaler infrastructure — locking founders into proprietary ecosystems and CLOUD Act jurisdiction from day one. AGICY's startup programme takes a fundamentally different approach. We provide up to EUR 50,000 in sovereign compute credits planned to run on Tenstorrent Galaxy RISC-V servers at the Vasilikos campus (42 MW Boom ISO generation TARGET — not live IT capacity). The site is pre-construction; credits are a programme TARGET, not a live SLA.
Accepted startups receive priority access to our fleet of 1,801 Galaxy servers carrying 57,632 Blackhole RISC-V cores — the same infrastructure used by our enterprise customers. Credits can be applied to sovereign inference, model training, fine-tuning with LoRA or RLHF, and retrieval-augmented generation workloads. Our engineering team provides hands-on technical mentorship to help founders optimise their models for RISC-V architecture and achieve production-ready performance.
Beyond compute, the programme includes listing on the AGICY Model Marketplace — giving startups direct access to enterprise buyers across Europe who require sovereign AI solutions — and go-to-market support including customer introductions, case study development, and joint press activities. Eligible companies must be AI-native startups with less than EUR 5 million raised, building on open-weight models, and incorporated as an EU or EU-aligned entity. Applications are reviewed within five business days.

The AGICY Startup Programme is more than compute credits — it is a strategic foundation for AI-native companies that understand data sovereignty as a competitive advantage. While US cloud startup programmes lock you into proprietary ecosystems with egress fees and vendor-specific APIs, AGICY will provide open RISC-V infrastructure with standard APIs and zero lock-in. Your models, your data, your weights — all sovereign from day one. Startups building on AGICY can market their products as EU-sovereign and GDPR-native, a powerful differentiator when selling to regulated European enterprises in banking, healthcare, and government. Our programme participants also gain early access to the AGICY Model Marketplace, where their fine-tuned models and AI applications can reach enterprise customers across Europe without additional sales infrastructure. The combination of sovereign compute, marketplace distribution, and technical mentorship creates a unique launchpad for the next generation of European AI companies.
Deploy sovereign AI on EU infrastructure. No vendor lock-in. No data egress.
