§ 00 Leasing · Stream B · Pre-COD
GPU leasing Cyprus and AI colocation are planned at Vasilikos (pre-construction) — not a live hall. As of August 2026, public Pharos-CY / CY-AIF is an SME complement, not a competitor. Partner rental is partner-supplied. Lease SKUs: colo, bare metal, or client-site finance.
Leasing ≠ SRA. This is not reserved CY compute, not tokens, not Class D warrants. Pre-COD — no fake SLA, no live escrow, no instant settlement until COD/stack ready. List bands are ASSUMPTION. PF €60k/server-year is debt underwrite, not this card. Stream B sells hardware + premises (€/mo) — lessee ops thesis, not AGICY lessor payout / not a share of AGICY token sales.
* ASSUMPTION / LIST Galaxy-mo — two power policies, not one mid sticker. Pre-COD.
§ · Cyprus compute · As of August 2026
AGICY campus GPU leasing is planned (pre-construction at Vasilikos) — not a live hall. Where GPU Bridge rentals exist, that capacity is partner-supplied, not campus MW. AI colocation Cyprus on this page is an estimate path, not COD metal.
No. Public SME and research antennas are a complement, not a competitor. As of August 2026, Cyprus cleared state aid for Pharos-CY on 17 July 2026 (~€6 million, Article 28 GBER) and CY-AIF NVIDIA entered pilot in June 2026 — third-party reports, not AGICY capacity.
Greece is in-corridor (planned Megara interest), not a DE/FR doorway. PHAROS is the Greek EuroHPC AI Factory; Cyprus connects as an antenna. GPU leasing Greece on this page is the same planned commercial offtake story — complement, not competitor. AGICY is not a Gigafactory bidder. PHAROS AI Factory note.
| Lane | Who it is for | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Pharos-CY / CY-AIF | SME and research antenna (public) | third-party: aid 17 Jul 2026; NVIDIA pilot June 2026 |
| AGICY Vasilikos campus | Commercial RISC-V offtake / colo | planned (pre-construction) |
| GPU Bridge rental | Compute needed before COD | partner-supplied if live — not campus |
| SRA reservation | Take-or-pay offtake toward COD | executed offtake = 0 |
Third-party sourced number, labelled as such: Cyprus Mail / CBN Cyprus / CORDIS project 101263007 reported Pharos-CY state aid of roughly €6 million on 17 July 2026, found compatible under Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 651/2014, with SMEs as principal beneficiaries. CY-AIF NVIDIA pilot: June 2026. AGICY does not operate those systems.

bp-data/revenue/leasing_product.yaml. L1 publishes two power-policy floors — not one “pass-through or included” mid. Distinct from PF occupancy underwrite (€45–60–85k/server-year).Need both SRA and Leasing? Possible — ask for a dual-contract path. Same MW must not be double-counted across books. SRA Premium (300 CY) / Data Embassy (1000 CY) on /pricing are entitlement meters (isolation / residency scope) — not dedicated Galaxy colo and not a naïve €/node burn card. Zone-2 list stays ≥ €6.97/MTok — not raced to Modal ~€5.43. Campus L1 mid densifies near the fleet book (~€7.3M/IT-MW) — prefer the high half of the power-included band.

| Stack | Figure | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Case A nameplate / Galaxy-mo | 788.4 MTok | Decode-only ASSUMPTION |
| Case B nameplate (illustrative) | ≈ 2,628 MTok | ×(10/3) ≈ 3.33× if 300 = decode @ 70/30 in:out |
| Lease colour | €5,000 / mo | ASSUMPTION colour · dual floors ≈€3.0–3.5k+ pass-through / ≈€6.5–8.5k included |
| Breakeven Case A / B @ 70% | ≈ €11.50 / €3.34 | PUE 1.20 TARGET · wall 10.8 kW · €178/MWh |
| Kimi-class public list | $3 / $0.30 / $15 | In / cache / out · out ≈ €13 |
| Premium sell example | €13 / MTok ≈ $15 | Output-list colour — not the ~€5 blend |
Unit note: €0.065 in renewables planning is Solar Phase-2 €/kWh — not €/token. Reference sell bands: Kimi-class blend ≈€5 · sensitivity €6.50 · AGICY Z2 catalogue €6.97 · premium/output-list €13 (≈$15). €/kW-mo ≈€556 is a hardware-rent view (IT 9 kW ASSUMPTION), not colo market rent.
External API trackers for ARPU context next to Galaxy lease+energy €/MTok — ASSUMPTION framing only. Not a claim we beat published cloud speed, and not a flat converter into Case A/B nets.
Reading these two cards together. They show the same model at €2.00 and €13.00 per MTok. Both are correct; they assume different workloads. AGICY Z2 catalogue pricing is €6.97/MTok flat, which equals Kimi K3 list for a workload that is ~47% output tokens at 40% cache hit. Below that output share, tiered API pricing is cheaper than our flat rate. Above it, we are. We publish the crossover rather than a favourable single comparison. Lessee cost floor. At €5,000/mo lease and €178/MWh energy (facility PUE 1.20 TARGET · wall 10.8 kW), one Galaxy costs €8.12/MTok at 100% nameplate fill and about €11.50/MTok at 70% sustained utilization. On Phase-2 solar at €65/MWh those fall to roughly €6.96 and €9.95. These are ASSUMPTION figures against a 300 tok/s aggregate throughput ASSUMPTION — sensitivity to that meter exceeds every sticker in the tables above.
How this relates to Galaxy lease economics: Stream B sells infra — lease €/mo + energy — not a promise to undercut DeepSeek or Grok list. Lessee unit cost is lease+power €/MTok under Case A/B util ASSUMPTIONS (defined in Token econ · Case A / Case B). Case B ≈€214k is the illustrative rough net in that section at €5k lease + €13 ASP + 70% util — not committed ARPU and not equivalence to Z2 €6.97.
AA Price/1M is blended-task methodology; AIM rows are separate input/output list stickers that move. Pre-COD · illustrative · not financial advice.

§ 05 GPU market · Sample · Aug 2026
Native Kimi K3 needs ~1.56 TB weights → a multi-node cluster (e.g. 16× H200 or 32× H100), not a single consumer GPU and not one Galaxy. Public H100 rentals roughly ~$1.5–7/GPU-hr; a 32× H100 K3-shaped stack lands about ~$47–140k/mo before ops. AGICY L1 lease colour €4–5k/mo + energy (~€5–6k total) meters reserved Galaxy capacity under a 300 tok/s ASSUMPTION — not a K3-on-TT SLA.
| What you buy | ≈ €/mo | Note |
|---|---|---|
| 16× H200 (K3 floor) | ~€36–61k | Hopper practical host · public bands |
| 32× H100 (K3 alternate) | ~€40–125k | Spot floor ~€41k · list higher |
| Galaxy L1 + energy | ~€5–6k | €4–5k lease + ~€1.15k power colour |
Different products. GPU cloud can host K3 on CUDA/vLLM/SGLang today. One Galaxy cannot fit K3 weights and has no public Tenstorrent port — lease economics meter a 300 tok/s ASSUMPTION, not measured K3-on-TT. DePIN and marketplace GPU floors (io.net and others) move and often lack enterprise SLA; re-pull before any quote.
