§ 01 Founding Team
A seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years of proven success scaling businesses across energy infrastructure and global digital technology. Currently leading the group through complex licensing, procurement, and Financial Close for the campus pipeline (Vasilikos Cyprus and Megara Greece), applying a rigorous, de-risked approach to CapEx and development. Renewable energy (2009–Present): Formerly Solarlogic AE (2009–2013)—full lifecycle from licensing to complete construction of over 500 commercial and residential PV stations, delivering multi-MW capacity; strategic partnerships with Solar Frontier and Aramco subsidiaries across Cyprus, Greece, Bulgaria, Italy, and Germany. Digital technology, KYC & scale (1991–2008): Founder and owner of NPP SecureNet Ltd (Cyprus)—KYC, age verification, and online security; built and operated a global network of over 50,000 affiliates with commercial revenue-share agreements including Google and Ask Jeeves. Leadership & operational discipline: early career foundation in strategic execution and high-stakes operational discipline.
Chief Technology Officer — Co-Founder
Award-winning Senior Computer Scientist with over 20 years of experience bridging frontier research with industrial-scale execution. Former UCLA Lecturer and Postdoctoral Scholar with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical systems. Author of 36+ peer-reviewed publications in IEEE, ACM, and Springer journals spanning distributed systems, network security, QoS routing, and real-time computing. IEEE 802.11 wireless standards contributor. At AGICY, owns the complete technical stack: facility architecture, Tenstorrent SDK integration, SwarmX cluster commissioning, air-gapped Data Embassy design, and 99.9% uptime SLA engineering.
§ 02 Critical Path Hires
These roles are pre-conditions for Financial Close. Each is a co-founding opportunity with significant growth participation.
Builds and closes the 58-client SRA pipeline. Owns the €278M revenue thesis. Must close 30 pre-close LOIs to trigger Financial Close.
Manages the €278M capital structure, EIB debt facility, financial reporting, and investor relations. EIB-grade audit committee experience required.
Architects the TEE-based isolation framework, Data Embassy security model, and NIS2/ISO 27001 compliance programme. Zero-breach SLA mandate.
Leads Deep Narrow model development, open-weight deployment strategy, and the AGIOS AI marketplace. Owns inference optimisation across the heterogeneous fleet.
