Phase 1 centres on the planned Tenstorrent Galaxy fleet and a day-one energy path (AESOLAR Alpine hail-class PV designed to pair with BESS for anytime solar). Cerebras, IBM z17 / LinuxONE 5, AMD Helios, d-Matrix, and AWS Trainium are Phase 2+ evaluation lanes — not live CapEx commitments. Campus status is pre-COD. Commercial paths: leasing · energy partners ≥500 kWp.
