What is AGICY?
AGICY is operated under the AGICY brand by Advanced Governance & Intelligence Cyprus, the operator of agicy.ai. Pre-construction RISC-V accelerator campus at the Vasilikos industrial zone; Copperway is the operational EU-jurisdiction LLM gateway. AGICY is not Agency. Planned Cyprus Cap. 113 jurisdiction is not the same as EU data residency on foreign infrastructure.
Is the campus operational?
No. As of August 2026 the Vasilikos RISC-V accelerator campus is planned (pre-construction). Status label: planned. It is not a live hall and not commercial operation. Target COD is a design target, not a present-tense claim.
What is operational today (Copperway)?
Copperway is the operational EU-jurisdiction LLM gateway. The campus and the gateway are always stated separately: campus planned; Copperway operational. Playground trial is the live path; SRA reserves planned campus offtake.
