Most vendor developer pages overstate what you can run today. This one lists exactly what is live, what is proposed, and what you should go buy from someone else.

The short version, without the funnel.
Today you can call frontier models through Copperway, an OpenAI-compatible gateway that masks personal data before egress and routes with EU jurisdiction in mind. A signed-in account gets 50 free queries per day in the Playground so you can see the pipeline behave. Paid credits are not live yet.
What you cannot do today is provision sovereign capacity. The Cyprus campus is pre-construction, the startup and partner programmes are published proposals rather than open allocations, and there is no self-serve paid tier with a committed rate. If your build needs any of those this quarter, the useful answer is to buy Tenstorrent developer hardware on the open market and run open weights yourself.
We publish it in that order deliberately. A developer who finds out the limits after integrating is a worse outcome for us than one who never integrates.
